Purchasing an Item on Dekair

By making a purchase on Dekair, you agree that you:

  1. Have read the item description and policies before making a purchase;
  2. Have submitted appropriate payment for item(s) purchased; and
  3. Have provided accurate shipping information.

Leaving a Review of an Item

You can leave a review, including a one to five star rating after you mark your purchase as received. The estimated delivery date is the purchase date + processing time + shipping time.

To avoid inappropriate language or spam in reviews, Dekair will moderate each review before it is public.

Reporting a Problem with an Order or Returning an Item

You can report a problem under the following circumstances:

Non-Delivery. A Non-Delivery occurs when a buyer places an order and submits payment, but Dekair does not ship the item or does not ship the item to the correct address.

Not-as-Described. An item is Not as Described if it is materially different from the listing description or photos.

The following are not eligible to report a problem:

  1. Items that are returned without a return agreement
  2. Items that have been altered, used, worn, or washed after receiving them
  3. Physical or tangible items that are not available for return because they have been destroyed or discarded by the buyer
  4. Items that are received after the agreed-upon delivery date due to shipping delays
  5. Cancelled transactions that have already resulted in a refund

Requesting a Cancellation

Buyers may request that Dekair cancels an order via sales@d­ekair.com.

Returning an Item

We offer a 14 days guarantee on all of our items. If there is an elegible issue (reasons explained before) with your item upon receiving your order, you may return it. Please read the Shipping & Return Policy for more information.
